Residential Environment Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Environment Specialist to join our housekeeping team at Crowne Plaza Knoxville. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel's guest rooms and common areas.
Job Summary:The Residential Environment Specialist is a critical role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, responding to guest inquiries, and performing other tasks as assigned by management.
Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, restocking supplies, and ensuring overall tidiness.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Track room inventory and document any lost or damaged items.
- Perform laundry and other cleaning duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in a related field, preferably as a professional housekeeper.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- $15 hourly salary.
