About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Comprehensive Autism Center. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one behaviorally based treatment to young children living with autism and developmental delays in our center-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized behavior therapy sessions to children with autism and developmental delays
  • Collaborate with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Utilize research-based curricula and techniques to promote positive behavioral change
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and track progress
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Entry-level position with potential for career advancement
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned locations
  • Fingerprint and FBI/DOJ background check required
  • Ability to provide proof of TB clearance
  • Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
