Position Summary:
The Practice Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring that both in-person and remote patients receive outstanding service. This position is essential for maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and clinicians alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence:
    Create a supportive work atmosphere that fosters engagement among clinicians and staff. Ensure all patient documentation is complete and accurate prior to appointments. Maintain office organization and cleanliness to promote a professional setting.
  • Patient Support:
    Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing patient inquiries and managing sensitive situations with care. Oversee front desk operations, including patient check-in/out procedures, and assist with telehealth access and other technical issues.
  • Clinician Support:
    Provide administrative assistance to clinicians, ensuring they have the necessary resources to deliver quality care. Maintain accurate appointment schedules and facilitate communication between patients and clinicians.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong multitasking abilities and prioritization skills to enhance patient experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in healthcare operations or customer service is advantageous.
