Job Title: Roofing Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Roofing Sales Representative to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our commercial roofing sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales, estimating projects, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate sales and ensure repeat business.
  • Review drawings and project specifications, perform on-site inspections, and calculate costs to prepare accurate and competitive bids using estimating software.
  • Conduct client meetings, present proposals, address questions, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate estimates and project completion on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, contracts, and client communications.
  • Provide regular sales activity and project status reports to management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction sales, estimating, specifically in commercial roofing.
  • Proven track record of creating accurate and competitive estimates for large-scale roofing projects.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
  • Comprehensive understanding of roofing systems, materials, construction processes, and contract management.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements related to commercial roofing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to effectively negotiate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
