Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-time Financial Center Consultant I. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, creating a positive and engaging experience, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding member experiences through personalized service and sales interactions.
  • Conduct teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide guidance on our products and services, exceeding sales goals on a monthly basis.
  • Support marketing initiatives within the branch, promoting our services and products to members.
  • Build strong relationships with members, providing exceptional service and resolving operational issues.
  • Assist with lobby coverage, greeting members, answering calls, and directing them to appropriate employees when needed.
Requirements
  • One to two years of experience in a retail or financial environment, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Cash handling experience, with the ability to balance transactions accurately.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse comfortably with members.
  • Enthusiasm and professionalism, with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Good listener, with problem-solving and empathetic skills.
  • Relevant computer skills, solid math, and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual preferred, with the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish.
