Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Center Consultant II to join our team at CornerStone Staffing. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building lasting relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Engagement: Greet clients, offer a warm welcome, and guide them to the right financial products and services.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' financial needs, suggest tailored solutions, and set up new accounts and loans.
  • Platform Functions: Spend most of your time on financial platform activities, including opening new accounts, loan production, and handling financial transactions.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through cross-selling and providing a comprehensive service experience for our clients.
  • Operational Excellence: Solve operational issues, open business and consumer loans/accounts, and maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Proactively support branch marketing initiatives and help create a vibrant, client-focused environment.
  • Lobby Coverage: Serve as the branch concierge, greeting clients, answering calls, and directing them to the appropriate resources.
Requirements
  • MINIMUM of one year in a financial environment with Loans and opening new accounts
  • Bilingual required- able to speak, read, and write Spanish
  • Computer skills, solid math and written communication Enthusiastic, professional, a good listener, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • College degree preferred, but not required
