Work Schedule:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Contract Duration:
13 weeks (Potential for extension) - 40 hours guaranteed per week

Compensation:
To be discussed during the interview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and guiding patients to their designated examination areas.
  • Coordinating patient appointments and conducting follow-up reminder calls.
  • Communicating with patients regarding any delays and expected wait times.
  • Collecting and verifying patient information, including addresses, contact numbers, insurance details, and medical histories.
  • Updating and confirming patient records during each visit.
  • Assisting patients in completing necessary documentation, such as medical history forms and consent agreements.
  • Processing payments for medical services through cash and credit transactions.
  • Reviewing patient accounts, identifying overdue balances, and managing collections.
  • Addressing patient inquiries or complaints and directing them to the appropriate healthcare personnel.
  • Following up with patients to ensure resolution of their concerns.
  • Performing clerical tasks, such as organizing and filing documents, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a patient service role.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare practices.
