Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Heart Hospital of Austin. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating all functions in the unit.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care and support improved outcomes.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes, ensuring seamless transitions for patients and families.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to drive quality improvement initiatives and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal unit operations.
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure and Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma required.
