The Opportunity

As a Women's Wear Apparel Designer, you will lead the execution of product from initial concept to final product approval for our brands. You will deliver newness through the creation and delivery of the design vision and strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the business by building profitable market-right consumer products that align with the brand and achieve business goals.
  • Presenting brand concepts to buyers and personalities through presentations.
  • Overseeing the development of Associate's brand.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to meet target customer needs and follow pricing structures for the brands.
  • Traveling domestically to research fashion trends, analyze trends, and important category takeaways for the brands.
  • Facilitating style development management in FLEX PLM, including technical/data creation and management of all seasonal styles from sketching, print, color, meeting preparation, sample approval, and overseas communication.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Women's Wear Apparel Designer with a strong background in fashion design, textile design, or fine arts. You should have 6-8 years of experience in women's wear apparel design and possess excellent design and conceptional skills with color and print sense. Proficiency in Mac operation, MS Office, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator software is also required.
