We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to join our team at Insight Global. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups and supporting the team in following the Scrum delivery process. You will also handle traditional project management duties, including scope definition, staffing, communication of status to clients and partners, budget oversight, and risk/issue management.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate daily stand-ups and support the team in following the Scrum delivery process.
- Manage and report the status of scope, schedule, resourcing, and financials.
- Extract and document requirements, author user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure team members understand processes and support the team in following them.
- Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.
- Collaborate with the team in scheduling work, including defect remediation and refactoring, guarding against the accumulation of technical debt.
- Work with technical teams and product owners to balance the interests of both when issues arise.
- Remove impediments allowing the team to focus on engineering tasks.
- Take the lead on resolving conflicts within the team and removing any roadblocks to collaboration.
- Guide project team meetings, including sprint pre/planning meetings, daily scrum, and sprint review meetings.
- Facilitate retrospective discussions and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Limit external interference the team must deal with.
- 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master leading a infrastructure/network team actively applying Scrum practices.
- Strong background supporting network-related projects.
- Routers & Switches.
- Datacenter Migrations.
- End of Life Devices, upgrade routers and switches.
- Mixed background of PM and Scrum Master preferred but this role is mostly focused on Scrum Master responsibilities.
- Certified Scrum Master.
- Experience with Jira & Confluence.
- Great communication and collaboration experience.
- Experience working in an enterprise-level environment.
$55-$65/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
