Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master and Agile Coach to join our team at AIG. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching teams to achieve higher levels of agile maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint review
- Remove impediments and act as a change agent to implement Agile principles and best practices
- Coach teams to achieve higher levels of agile maturity
- Participate in Scrum of Scrums and facilitate Program Increment (PI) execution
Requirements:
- Scrum Master certification required
- 5+ years of experience in a dedicated Scrum Master role for a software development team
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, written, and oral communication skills
