Job Title: BDC Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC Agent to join our team at Santa Margarita Auto Group. As a BDC Agent, you will play a critical role in driving sales and customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

Job Summary:

The BDC Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers to ensure their needs are met. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
