Position Overview
The Service BDC Associate plays a crucial role in scheduling service appointments for customers who reach out via the internet. This position is essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience by responding to inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously. Utilizing lead management tools and CRM software, the associate will manage inquiry flow, update customer records, and track customer interests closely. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure familiarity with all products and services, as well as inventory and financing options.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to internet inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Enter customer inquiry data into the CRM system promptly and accurately.
• Schedule service appointments effectively.
• Conduct phone surveys to gauge customer preferences and satisfaction.
• Utilize lead management tools efficiently.
• Prepare necessary reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Handle cashier duties as required.
• Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
• Uphold ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and honesty in all interactions.
Compensation: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour
Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a call center setting is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Capacity to understand and follow rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
