Position Overview
The Service BDC Associate plays a crucial role in scheduling service appointments for customers who reach out to Toyota of Santa Fe through online channels. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously. The role involves utilizing lead management tools, CRM software, and the internet to manage customer inquiries, update records, and track customer interest effectively. The Service BDC Associate will receive training to gain a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered, as well as knowledge of inventory, financing, and incentive programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to online inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Enter customer inquiry data into the CRM system promptly and accurately.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently.
• Conduct phone surveys to gauge customer preferences and satisfaction levels.
• Utilize lead management tools effectively.
• Prepare necessary reports, forms, and documentation in a timely manner.
• Handle cashier duties as required.
• Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
• Uphold ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and honesty in all interactions.
Compensation: $17.00 to $21.00 / hour
Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a call center setting is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to comprehend rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
