Job Summary

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Compliance & Credentialing Specialist to support our team with credentialing and compliance initiatives. This role involves evaluating, analyzing, and coordinating all aspects of the credentialing process for healthcare providers, as well as leading security and background check processes via remote correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review provider files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations, guidelines, policies, and standards.

• Monitor provider files to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Conduct research on updated state and federal regulations and policies.

• Coordinate and review provider security and background check documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations, guidelines, policies, and standards.

• Prepare, issue, electronically track, and follow up on appropriate verifications with providers as related to the security process.

• Prepare and provide information to internal and external customers, as appropriate.

• Enter, update, and maintain data from provider files into credentialing database in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

• Prepare, issue, electronically track, and follow up on appropriate verifications with providers.

• Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements related to credentialing and compliance.

• Prepare and analyze reports and data and can clearly communicate findings and results.

• Communicate clearly with providers and their liaisons to provide timely responses upon request on day-to-day credentialing and privileging matters that arise.

• Support multiple team members and projects simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of credentialing experience.

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.

• Prior government contracting experience strongly preferred.

• Eligible to work in the United States.

• Highly developed oral and written communication skills.

• Highly organized and strong time management skills.

• Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multitask.

• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
