Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean pots, pans, and trays while ensuring silverware is polished.
  • Properly segregate waste and dispose of it in designated receptacles.
  • Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors, and washing work surfaces, walls, and refrigeration units.
  • Assist in transferring supplies and equipment between storage and operational areas; restock necessary tools and materials for subsequent shifts.
  • Conduct rounds to collect any room service or bar trays left unattended.
  • Maintain accurate temperature logs and ensure the organization of walk-in coolers and freezers.
  • Clear tables after service.
  • Support line cooks in the proper preparation, storage, and dating of food items.
