Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by developing critical metrics, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support business planning and decision-making
  • Perform financial analysis, including trend and variance analysis, to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for cost reduction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, finance teams, and other functional groups
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial analysis and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
  • Strong skills in digitalization and automation tools, including Tableau and Power BI
  • Experience in monthly close activities, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
