We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team at Sutter Health. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing various financial analysis, reporting, and validation of Real Estate Lease obligations, as well as financial reporting for Real Estate Owned Assets.

You will interface with leadership, including department managers, directors, and administrative teams, as well as liaise with various accounting departments within Sutter Health. Your expertise will be essential in the administration of all financial reporting aspects for Sutter Health's real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analysis and reporting for Real Estate Lease obligations and Real Estate Owned Assets
  • Interface with leadership and accounting departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Administer financial reporting aspects for Sutter Health's real estate portfolio
  • Complete Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Reconciliations for owned assets and audit CAM Reconciliations from 3rd Party Landlords

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
  • 5 years of recent relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) requirements
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Access
