Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at AllStaff, Inc. As a key member of our office team, you will provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Main Duties

  1. Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  2. Greet and assist visitors, guests, clients, and other personnel in a courteous and helpful way.
  3. Maintain accurate records of all requests, including tenant service requests, via the Corrigo and/or Workspeed work order system.
  4. Handle correspondence, including confidential materials, in a professional and expedient manner.
  5. Order and maintain an inventory of office supplies.

Requirements

  • You have a high school education or equivalent and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure make you an ideal candidate for this role.
  • You are able to lift up to 15 pounds and spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk working on a computer.

Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary for this position is $42,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
