As a Medical Laboratory Technician/Medical Technologist, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, including analyzing blood samples, operating laboratory equipment, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including blood analysis and equipment operation.
  2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory results and patient information.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results.
  4. Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  5. Develop and implement new laboratory procedures and protocols as needed.

Requirements

Education: Graduate of a Medical Laboratory Technician program or equivalent experience.

Certifications: ASCP or AMT certification preferred.

Experience: 1-2 years of laboratory experience preferred.
