About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate records, ensuring the highest level of care and safety for our residents.
  • Collaborate with the care team to address any concerns or issues that may arise, providing timely and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
  • Be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related field.
  • Be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
