Pacific Lifestyle Homes is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new homes to achieve company sales goals by creating a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with potential customers to assess their building needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Demonstrate existing homes and available home sites to prospective homebuyers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.
  • Closing sales for new homes to meet or exceed company goals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for both customers and the company.
  • Maintain a positive customer experience by setting accurate expectations, educating customers on the home building and buying process, and anticipating and resolving any questions or concerns.
  • Work closely with internal partners, including construction and customer service teams, to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers, homebuyers, and lenders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in new home sales, preferably in a similar role at a homebuilding company.
  • Associate's degree or above in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a dynamic and ever-changing sales environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other relevant tools and technologies.
