Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Immunotherapy Services Coordinator to join our team at United Allergy Services. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our allergy center, ensuring the highest level of patient care through safe and effective immunotherapy processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of allergens and clinical protocols.
  • Administering quality allergy tests and formulating/preparing allergy immunotherapy treatments.
  • Educating patients on the proper use of Immunotherapy.
  • Verifying insurance eligibility for each patient and handling billing documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in health sciences or business (preferred).
  • Minimum two years of full-time equivalent work experience in healthcare, customer service, retail, or similar industries.
  • Nursing or other medical technician certification(s) as required by state or local regulations.
