We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with 1-2 years of recent experience working in a hospital setting to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Neurology Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care
  • Participate in ongoing assessments of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service
  • Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary
  • Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff

As a valued member of our team, you will also enjoy a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
