IT Change Management Specialist

The Virtual Bench is seeking a highly skilled IT Change Management Analyst to join our team. This role offers a primarily remote work schedule and is direct hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide global support to end users, ensuring seamless IT service delivery.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Change Management policies, procedures, standards, processes, and work instructions.
- Assist users with IT ticketing system questions and issues related to Change Management, Configuration Management, and Problem Management.
- Identify and report issues and enhancement requests for IT ticketing system modules that the Change Management Team is responsible for.
- Lead small to medium-sized projects, driving change and improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain documentation and training materials, as well as conduct training sessions and prepare for them.
- Lead and perform system testing and coordinate UAT for IT ticketing system upgrades.
- Participate in annual IT Disaster Recovery drills, reviewing functional validation DR docs and completing functional validation steps for the IT ticketing system modules that the Change Management Team is responsible for.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working in the Information Technology field.
- 3+ years of experience working in IT Change Management.
- Solid understanding and experience of Change Management.
- Understanding of Configuration Management and Problem Management.
- Understanding of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) and ITSM (IT Service Management) concepts.
- 2+ years of IT ticketing system experience.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills.
