  • Visibility and Accountability: Maintain high visibility within assigned locations, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Hotel Operations Expertise: Possess a complete understanding of hotel operations, including technical, sales, and customer service aspects.
  • Technical Experience: Have at least 4 years of experience as an Audio Visual Technician, with a strong background in technical operations and customer service.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent organization, communication, and motivational skills, with the ability to manage and work with diverse personalities and teams.
  • Service-Oriented: Possess a strong service-oriented mindset, with attention to detail and deadlines.
