Job Title: GC Pro Account Manager - Outside Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audio Visual Sales Professional to join our team as a GC Pro Account Manager - Outside Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating new business development opportunities and building upon existing relationships by promoting professional-level audio, video, and lighting products and services to solve client business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create sales, orders, and contracts for services.
  • Spent approximately 50% or greater of time in the field, generating new clients and nurturing existing clients.
  • Achieve sales targets while demonstrating the ability to create steady growth within a specific area or region of the country and supporting the needs of new and existing clients.
  • Create effective business plans for generating new sales leads and follow-up with leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop new business through business development, client site visits, cold calling, internet, and other ways to develop new business.
  • Continual learning of new products and services to best represent the company to potential clients.
  • Proactively act to understand client needs and identify solutions and business opportunities.
  • Partner with AVDG, Guitar Center retail locations, Support Center, Distribution Centers, and Contact Centers to best meet the needs of clients.
  • Create detailed reporting of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A/V Industry Veteran Preferred.
  • Existing book of business.
