Our client is a regional integrated healthcare system that offers comprehensive healthcare services to communities in Berks, Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. The system includes multiple hospitals, rehabilitation centers, home healthcare services, and urgent care facilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Direct the clinical and operational activities of the Pulmonary Medicine department
  • Provide leadership for physician staffing, nurse practitioners, and RNs
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the department
  • Oversee daily clinical operations and manage expectations, duties, and activities of physicians and nurse practitioners
  • Recruit and manage clinical staff, including physicians and nurse practitioners
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop practice-oriented education


Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree
  • Unrestricted PA medical license
  • Graduate from an ACGME-accredited pediatric residency program
  • Board certification in Pediatrics
  • Graduate from an ACGME-accredited pediatric pulmonary fellowship program
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in pediatric outpatient practice
  • 3 years of experience in practice leadership and change management
