Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child
  • Engage in play and observation to gather data for progress notes
  • Assist children in developing essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living activities, potty training, and social/emotional competencies
  • Collaborate on objectives that transform challenging behaviors into effective communication skills
  • Make a positive impact in the lives of children

  • Physical ability to frequently get up and down from the floor and move swiftly
  • Proficient with technology, including data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Eagerness to learn, work autonomously, and deliver top-quality care
  • Availability for afternoon shifts: 8 AM - 1 PM, 9 AM - 2 PM, or 8 AM - 5 PM; some roles may also include weekend hours
  • Active RBT certification through the BACB
