  • Restock and manage inventory on the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment
  • Keep the sales floor clean and organized, maintaining a high level of store appearance and cleanliness
  • Assist with processing transactions, handling customer payments, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment
  • Assist with receiving and processing shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory levels
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, sales, customer service, or retail is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds on a regular basis, occasionally up to 50 pounds or more
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends, for approximately 30 hours per week
