ROLE SUMMARY
The Project Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Project Management Department, handling various project-related tasks. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, performing data entry, and overseeing project documentation. This position requires close collaboration with team members and various departments, emphasizing a proactive approach to foster a positive work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across the Project Management department.
- Maintain inventory levels, process orders, verify receipts, and manage accounts payable submissions.
- Assist in the preparation of Work in Progress (WIP) reports.
- Coordinate and submit schedules to relevant clients.
- Update tracking systems to ensure accurate project and program status.
- Collaborate with the project management team to facilitate project information and documentation closeout.
- Support specific program duties as assigned.
- Travel as necessary to provide assistance throughout the region.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Effective organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to quickly learn company software and processes.
EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Preferred: Associate degree in a related field.
- Preferred: At least 1 year of relevant administrative or assistant experience.
- Preferred: Basic understanding of construction practices and procedures.
