Department Overview

The Enterprise Business Processes team is a newly established group composed of diverse professionals with extensive experience across various sectors. Position Summary

The Senior Orchestration Planner will play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent and reliable execution of our operational reviews. This includes orchestrating a variety of sessions and events, such as executive meetings, workshops, demonstrations, conferences, and training sessions. The successful candidate will also engage in PMO activities, tasks, projects, and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement. This key team member should embody a positive work ethos and excel in fostering team cohesion. Collaboration with solution teams, IT, and partners in a dynamic environment is essential to achieve our program goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, a critical thinker, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Salary Range: The salary range reflects PG&E's good faith estimate for this position. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including skills, education, experience, and geographic location. The anticipated salary range is as follows:

Bay Area Minimum: $102,000

Bay Area Maximum: $162,000

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the production of quality DORs, WORs, and MORs.
  • Maintain the program's time architecture.
  • Manage the program calendar and communication channels.
  • Oversee workspace management, including special projects.
  • Handle aspects of collaboration tools.
  • Maintain team rosters, organization charts, and distribution lists.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate sessions and events.
  • Participate in budget analysis and variance tasks.
  • Assist in preparing and verifying reports, presentations, and analytics for business insights.
  • Work primarily in an office setting with frequent use of personal computers, mobile devices, and communication tools.
  • Travel may be required.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Familiarity with PG&E's Clear Sky Playbook and Gap International Breakthrough.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate progress, escalate issues, and manage timelines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in managing event logistics and creating run-of-show documents.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to solve challenges independently.
  • Possess a positive, execution-oriented mindset, with situational awareness and adaptability.
  • High-energy, resourceful, and solution-focused attitude.
