Our Healthcare Financial Navigators engage with patients who have outstanding medical balances, guiding them through the process of resolving these balances through full payments or manageable payment plans. Our approach emphasizes kindness and effective communication, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional customer service.
What We Value in You:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background is essential.
- Familiarity with insurance and medical terminology is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in call center or customer service roles is highly preferred, or a willingness to learn.
- Strong emotional intelligence to empathize with patients while facilitating balance resolution.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist patients in managing their financial responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities:
- In your home office, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients in making payments and resolving their outstanding balances.
- Work a standard 8-hour shift from 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with no late nights or weekends required.
- Support patients in alleviating their financial burdens by discussing payment options and plans.
- Provide clear explanations regarding new medical balances, including service dates and insurance coverage details.
