Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services to effectively consult with customers and meet their needs
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales and customer service skills

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service or sales experience or a bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work an irregular schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
  • Passion for technology and staying current on the latest devices and plans

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in sales or providing customer-facing solutions in a fast-paced or retail environment
  • Proven track record of goal attainment and professional advancement

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays in a flexible schedule shared by other department members. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. of materials. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, have finger/wrist/arm mobility, and finger dexterity to use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen.
