We are seeking a highly skilled EHR Application Analyst to join our team at Prime Healthcare Management Inc. As a key member of our corporate team, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, training, and supporting our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Key Responsibilities- Design and build complex EHR systems, exercising independent judgment and discretion in carrying out day-to-day support activities.
- Perform analysis tasks related to hospital business operations, requiring minimal supervision.
- Act as a mentor to other team members, providing guidance and support.
- Implement, configure, and support Epic EHR applications, with a strong understanding of hospital business operations and clinical workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certification in Epic applications, with the ability to obtain new certifications within three months of hire.
- Two years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic EHR applications.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in system configuration, customization, and optimization within the Epic environment.
- Ability to independently prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Prior experience in EMR implementations and/or support.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
