Drive the acquisition of new clientele by transforming walk-in visitors into loyal customers through the creation of enthusiasm and allure surrounding the brand and its products.
Provide insights and fashion guidance on prevailing trends and shifts within the fashion industry.
Consistently meet and exceed personal sales objectives.
Establish authentic relationships with clients through thoughtful and regular communication.
Collaborate across all designated areas to ensure that product sizing, labeling, and presentation adhere to company standards.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all merchandise and offerings.
Protect sensitive information, including cash and credit card details, as well as merchandise.
Assist in store organization and stockroom management.
Conduct accurate inventory counts as necessary to ensure system integrity.
Address all customer inquiries in a courteous and supportive manner, involving a member of the store operations team when required.
Maintain a heightened level of awareness and customer engagement on the sales floor to foster a safe and secure shopping atmosphere for all.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in high-end sales within a hospitality context.
Familiarity with retail POS systems and their functionalities.
Interest in contemporary culture and trends.
Prior experience in a large luxury resort environment.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least six months of experience in customer service.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
