Job Responsibilities

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading Customers through the Sales Process, including vehicle selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork
  • Performing High-Quality, Professional, and Knowledgeable Presentations and Demonstrations of new and used vehicles
  • Using Customer Relationship Management Tools to effectively track all customer interactions
  • Effectively Educating Customers on Ken Garff Benefits
  • Presenting Customer Deal Structure and Additional Finance Products
  • Following Up with Customers and Maintaining High Customer Satisfaction
  • Developing Additional Sales Skills and Techniques through ongoing training and instruction utilizing Ken Garff University
  • Representing the Dealership and Ken Garff Automotive

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 Years' Experience in account management, customer service, car sales, or retail sales
  • Strong Communication Skills, written and verbal
  • Must be 18 Years or Older and be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • A Valid In-State Driver's License and a good driving record, per company standards
