About This Role
This Pharmacist (Full or Part Time) role is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team at Walgreens in Spartanburg, SC. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring that patients receive accurate and timely medication information.
- Manage Pharmacy Operations: Assist in managing pharmacy operations, including inventory management, supply ordering, and staff supervision.
- Work Collaboratively: Work collaboratively with other pharmacy staff members to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and services.
- Develop Skills: Develop skills in areas such as customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Licensure: Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
- Certification: Certified Immunizer or willingness to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
Salary Estimate: $62.50 - $82.00 per hour
