Job Overview

The Crain Automotive Team, a leading family-owned and operated dealer group in Arkansas, is seeking an exceptional Office Administrator to join their team. Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paperwork Coordination: Coordinate paperwork flow between the dealership and corporate office to ensure seamless operations.
  • Billing Review: Conduct thorough reviews of billing records to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate supply orders with Corporate on the 1st and 15th of each month.
  • Inventory Management: Stock new and used units efficiently to meet customer demand.
  • Scheduling and CRM: Manage scheduling for the Receptionist and CRM system.
  • Accounting and Payroll: Process A/P invoices for the sales department and serve as payroll contact to assist the General Manager.

Work Schedule: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with 40 hours guaranteed per week.
