Key Responsibilities- Treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, using evidence-based therapies and interventions.

- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in need, using your expertise to help them navigate challenging situations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Washington.
- Experience working in an outpatient setting, with a focus on evidence-based therapies and interventions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
