Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiology Department Supervisor to join our team at Sutter Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cardiology department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership development to team members.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
