About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and advisory support to our clients, helping them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive credit analysis, structuring, and pricing expertise to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues
  • Develop and execute business plans, including relationship management strategies, to achieve customer retention objectives
Requirements
  • Typically between 4-6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending processes, and loan documentation, and supporting policies, procedures, and technologies
  • Strong experience with customer sales and service
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaboration and team skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Influence skills
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
