Product Development Manager: Electronics Innovation

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Development Manager to join our electronics manufacturing team at Jobot. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment where creativity, teamwork, and the ability to meet high standards are rewarded.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the entire product development process, including research and development (R&D), creating product requirements documents (PRD), and overseeing product launch.
- Work closely with the R&D team to develop and test prototypes, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project plans and timelines, ensuring that all product development activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all product development activities align with our overall business objectives.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our product development processes and systems.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Audio Precision to track and manage product development activities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including presenting product development updates to senior management and clients.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in managing the entire product development process, from initial concept through to product launch.
- Strong knowledge of R&D, including developing and testing prototypes.
- Experience in managing project plans and timelines, and ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Audio Precision.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Fluency in Mandarin would be a significant advantage, as our company has strong ties with Mandarin-speaking markets.
