Job Overview

Career Strategies is seeking a dedicated Property Management Assistant to support an Apartment Community. We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills, sales background, leasing experience, high energy, a positive outlook, and a solid work ethic, who is eager to advance within a Property Management Company.

Position: Property Management Assistant

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the community, including facility oversight and property upkeep.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring top-notch customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues.
  • Oversee contracts and vendor partnerships for various services, including landscaping, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record management.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Organize and assist with community events and activities.
  • Implement strategies to promote additional services or amenities to residents.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in property management is preferred.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues.
  • Proficient in office software applications, including data entry and file management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Familiarity with Yardi, Knock, SOCI, Modern Message, and Canva software is advantageous.
