The Executive Director of Operations operates as the general manager of a local Profit Center, including all business decisions and personnel management. The Executive Director is responsible for the locations sales goals, business plans, financial decisions, inventory management, warehouse operations, staff management, and more. The Executive Director reports to a Vice President who oversees several Profit Centers, providing advice, input, direction, and support to their PCMs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Recruits high-performing team members who have a strong desire for self-improvement.

• Develops local strategic plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.

• Implements regional/corporate strategic plans in conjunction with other service locations for the efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.

• Communicates with vendors, striving to improve relations, net economics, and the supply chain.

• Coordinates accounting, warehousing, and sales in accordance with supplied policies, principles, and procedures as applicable, makes necessary decisions or seeks necessary approvals for situations beyond those enumerated.

• Directs preparation of accounting records, including inventory control, receiving, and invoicing.

• Creates and presents business forecasts and results analysis to management, then closely monitors actual progress versus forecast.
