Key Responsibilities

  • Pest Management - Perform thorough inspections to identify the origins of pest issues. Develop and implement tailored solutions using a range of products and services to eliminate pest presence. Execute pest control treatments and install necessary products to ensure a pest-free environment. Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment efficiently.
  • Client Relations - Foster strong relationships with clients through friendly, helpful, and professional interactions during service visits. Understand client needs and provide effective solutions to pest challenges, recommending suitable services to address their concerns. Inform clients about additional service options that may enhance their experience.
  • Ongoing Education - Gain expertise in the diverse range of products and services through comprehensive, paid training. Stay updated on the latest industry developments, trends, technologies, and regulations in pest management. Engage in employer-sponsored training on innovative methods, products, and services within the pest control sector. Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations.

Position Requirements

  • Successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle driving record evaluation.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday shifts as required.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in pest management.
  • Ability to work independently after completing the training period.
