Job Description
Citi Staff is a full staffing company established since 2004. We are seeking a Payroll Professional to join our team as a Certified Labor Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor regulations and managing certified payroll processes.

Job Requirements:
* Full knowledge and proficiency in LCP Tracker, Elation, and the new DIR system
* Extensive understanding of the Davis-Bacon Act, prevailing wage laws, fringe benefits, and union agreements
* Ability to handle all aspects of certified payroll, including starting new projects, maintaining compliance throughout the project lifecycle, and completing all required paperwork

Work Environment:
* Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and adapting to shifting priorities

Communication:
* Proactively gather information by contacting the general contractors
* Maintain open communication with general contractors and project managers to ensure smooth operations

* Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks
* Flexible and comfortable with change

Preferred Experience:
* Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience working with union payrolls, fringe benefits, and prevailing wage compliance
* At least 5 years of recent, current experience managing the certified payroll processes in a similar role, which must be reflected on the resume
