We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and the ability to oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, promoting a safe and productive work environment
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients, effectively communicating project status and resolving issues
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs, driving cost savings and efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields, preferably with wood framing, townhome, and multifamily experience
  • Familiarity with construction management software, leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Strong leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve project goals
  • Strong negotiation skills, building trust and rapport with stakeholders while driving results
  • Deadline-oriented and detail-focused, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
