Job Description

We seek a Litigation Associate with construction experience to join our team. As an integral part of our litigation department, you will work closely with award-winning attorneys on sophisticated cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2+ years of solid litigation experience focused on construction
  • Bar admission in Virginia
  • A strong academic background
  • In-depth understanding of litigation procedures and the discovery process
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive mindset
