Project Manager Responsibilities
  • Schedule, budget, and resource allocation will be overseen.
  • The planning and execution of large-scale, ground-up construction projects will be led.
  • Project risks will be managed, and issues will be resolved effectively.
  • Utilization of project management software (Procore, Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint) for effective communication and documentation will be ensured.
  • Projects will adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • As the primary point of contact, clients, subcontractors, and team members will be served.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
  • A proven track record of leading large-scale, ground-up projects valued at $25-50+ million across diverse commercial markets is needed.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing commercial construction is necessary.
  • Expertise in stick frame construction for large projects is preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, design principles, and permitting requirements is desired.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint is expected.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills are required.
